We believe that Hardwood Floors are a good option due to the longevity and durability they offer as well as being very resistant to daily wear and tear living. If you choose Hardwood Floors, you have two options:
- Solid Hardwood Finished On-Site: Typically the wood is 3/4″ solid, nailed down to a wood subfloor. After the wood floor installation, the sanding and finishing process will be completed. One of the main benefits of solid wood flooring is they can be refinished several times.
- Engineered Hardwoods: These are pre-finished and are more commonly glued down to concrete or wood subfloor.
